TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: May 12, 2026

Welcome to Toronto Jet-Ski. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY & IDENTIFICATION
  • Age Requirement: All primary operators must be at least 19 years of age.

  • Documentation: A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., G2 Driver’s License) must be presented at the time of the lesson or rental.

  • Licensing: If you do not possess a Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), we will provide a one-day temporary license via the Transport Canada Rental Boat Safety Checklist. This is valid only for the duration of your scheduled session with us.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
  • Weather Policy: Safety is our priority. If we determine that conditions on Lake Ontario (or other locations) are unsafe due to high winds, lightning, or heavy rain, we reserve the right to reschedule your session. No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays, only rescheduling credits.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of your booking fee.

3. PRICING & ADDITIONAL FEES
  • Passenger Fee: Our machines accommodate two riders. An additional $50 fee applies for a second rider (friend or couple) to cover increased fuel consumption, insurance processing, and safety equipment.

  • Damage Deposit: A security deposit may be held at the time of the session. The client is responsible for any physical damage caused to the PWC or equipment due to negligence or failure to follow the instructor’s commands.

4. SAFETY & CONDUCT
  • Zero Tolerance: The use of alcohol or drugs before or during a jet-ski lesson or tour is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any session without a refund if we suspect a rider is impaired.

  • Instructor Authority: For your safety, you must follow all instructor signals and commands. Failure to comply with navigation rules or safety boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session.

5. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
  • All participants must sign a Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk Waiver before boarding. Jet-skiing involves inherent risks; by booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Toronto Jet-Ski and its affiliates (including Virality Digital Marketing) are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from participation.

6. SERVICE LOCATIONS
  • While we are based in Toronto, these terms apply to all expeditions and lessons conducted in our regional zones, including Muskoka, Tobermory, 1000 Islands, and the Trent-Severn Waterway.

7. PRIVACY
  • Any personal information collected (Emails, IDs, Payment details) is used strictly for booking and safety verification and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or for insurance processing.
