FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about exploring Lake Ontario with Toronto’s premier jet-ski tour experts. We’ve gathered the most common questions to help you prepare for an unforgettable ride past the iconic Toronto skyline.

Unlike standard rentals where you stay in a small “box” on the water, our tours are curated adventures. We take you past the iconic Toronto Skyline, around the outskirts of the Toronto Islands, and through scenic routes like the Humber Bay and Sunnyside Stretch. Our guides know the best spots for photos where the light hits the CN Tower perfectly, ensuring you leave with more than just a memory.

Everything you need to get on the water is included:

  • A premium, well-maintained Sea-Doo watercraft.

  • Free Fuel (No hidden “dock pump” fees at the end of your ride).

  • Transport Canada-approved life jackets and all required safety gear.

  • A legal boating license for the day.

  • Professional on-water support from our expert guide team.

Safety and local compliance are important to us. In Toronto’s harbour, there is a 150-metre shore speed limit where watercraft must maintain a speed of 5 knots (10 km/h) or less. Our guides handle all the navigation and let you know exactly when you can safely speed up, so you can focus on the ride without worrying about local fines.

Absolutely. We specialize in high-energy team-building events. From navigated “poker runs” across the islands to relay races, we can accommodate large groups for an alternative to the standard office outing. Contact us for a custom quote for your team.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS

PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICIES

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure online booking system. For local clients or corporate bookings, we also accept Interac e-Transfer. Please note that full payment or a confirmed deposit is required to lock in your time slot.

Yes. For all tours and lessons, a security damage deposit is required on the day of the event. This is typically handled via a credit card “hold” and is released immediately following your session, provided the PWC and equipment are returned in the same condition they were received.

We believe in transparent pricing. The price you see includes your PWC, safety gear, and your temporary boating license for the day. The only additional charge is the $50 passenger fee if you choose to bring a second rider on your machine to cover the extra fuel and insurance costs.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund or credit. Within the 48-hour window, bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future date at our discretion.

No. Unlike many rental agencies that charge you at the dock pump after your ride, fuel is included in all of our tour and lesson packages. We want you to focus on the experience, not the fuel gauge.
